UMX privacy notice.

The Urban Matrix Lab LLC (“UMX”) uses the public website to receive service inquiries and provide authorized access to UMX OS. We collect only the information submitted or generated for those purposes.

Public requests. The service-request form may collect your name, company or property name, email address, service type, service location, request details, and basic technical information used for abuse prevention and security. Requests are stored in the private UMX intake system so UMX can review and respond to them.

Private accounts. Authorized customer and employee accounts may contain job records, schedules, messages, estimates, invoices, field updates, time records, and job photos or documents. Access is restricted by authenticated account role and database access policies.

Field documentation. UMX may use photos, notes, timestamps, and approximate job-site location data when needed for work documentation, employee timekeeping, safety, or service verification. Location permission is requested by the employee device when timekeeping uses it.

Do not submit highly sensitive information. Do not place passwords, payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, medical records, or unrelated sensitive personal information in the public request form or ordinary job messages.

Retention and access. Operational records are retained as reasonably needed for service delivery, accounting, contracts, safety, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Access is limited to accounts and personnel with a business need for the information.

Questions or corrections. Use the service-request channel on the main site and identify the request as a privacy or account-data question.
