This website is operated by The Urban Matrix Lab LLC (“UMX”) for property-service information, service requests, and authorized access to UMX OS.

Submitting a service request does not create a contract, guarantee availability, reserve a service date, or authorize work. Service scope, pricing, timing, and any recurring relationship are confirmed separately in writing.

Website descriptions are general. UMX may decline work that is unsafe, unlawful, outside the agreed scope, or requires a license or trade credential UMX has not represented that it holds.

UMX OS accounts are for authorized users only. Do not share account credentials or attempt to access another customer, employee, contract, job, file, or message record.

Electronic estimates and contracts shown through authorized UMX workflows are governed by the terms displayed with the specific record or signing process.

Website content, branding, internal workflows, portal designs, and non-public operational information remain the property or confidential information of UMX except where otherwise stated.
